As a leading custom lighting designer and manufacturer, Hammerton routinely works with top design professionals across the country on a wide variety of custom projects, from one-off signature chandeliers to entire custom packages including dozens of custom designs and hundreds of fixtures for large residential or hospitality projects.

Our custom work falls into three main categories: modifying the scale or proportion of our catalog fixtures, incorporating customer-specified materials, and creating entirely new fixture designs entirely from scratch. By addressing the full spectrum of custom needs with a wide variety of materials and lamping alternatives,  Hammerton can accommodate virtually any decorative lighting requirement.

What’s more, Hammerton provides end-to-end services on all custom projects, with the ability to manage projects and collaborate closely with all project stakeholders, from homeowners, architects and designers to builders, electricians and more. Because all of our operational teams are under one roof, we’re able to produce high quality fixtures, faster turnarounds, superior service, exceptional value and, in the end, a very happy customer.

In addition to large commercial and hospitality work — with brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Montage, Wolfgang Puck, Ruth’s Chris, The Cheesecake Factory and more – Hammerton regularly provides “whole home” custom services for discerning homeowners who want consistency in aesthetic, scale and quality without the generic look that typically results from using the same brand of lighting.

Some examples of Hammerton’s whole home lighting projects include a large-scale Las Vegas residence, the home of interior designer Peg Berens, and a luxurious lodge that recently won the Tahoe Quarterly 2014 Mountain Home Award. In each of these cases, Hammerton created decorate lighting designed specifically for the client’s space and specifications.
