This equates to well over half a million pounds of glass annually. Importantly, the excess material generated in our operations doesn’t go to waste. Instead, we recycle it to create the stunning cast glass designs showcased in collections like Asscher, Pebble, Axis, Glacier, Stella, Tabulo, Tessera, and Nebula. This process both minimizes waste and transforms recycled material into functional art.

At Hammerton, we take pride in our artisan-crafted crystal glass, the result of a meticulous process involving molten glass heated to about 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. This thick liquid is then carefully ladled into complex metal jigs designed and built by our in-house engineering team. As the glass cools, it adopts both the shape and texture of the mold, giving rise to unique glass designs that beautifully reflect and refract light.
